Common requests
- Cancel or manage your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by the App Store. In the app, open Profile and tap Manage subscription, or open your Apple ID subscription settings on your iPhone.
- Delete your account. In the app, open Profile and tap Delete account. If you own a family, deleting your account deletes that family and everything in it for every caregiver.
- Get a copy of your data, correct it or delete it. Email us from the address on your account. We reply within 45 days.
